"Can chocolate save the world?" PP presentation.

  1. Hi Nasim,

I had a quick look onto your ppt-slide in slide share. I also use slide share when I prepare tasks for my private students, when I have to send project tasks. Actually I would like to also show slide share in virtual classroom with video conferencing technology, but not all video conf. solutions do support slide share. What a pitty. Unfortunately I don't have internet and whiteboard in class, so slideshare is only handy for homework and project work.

You pictures are very powerful. The colors and pictures made me curious. After I had seen all your slide, I felt that I need choclate desperately. If it were an advert, you would have sold tons of choloate.

I can imagine, that your slides would fit best for discussion lesson, brainstorming and project work. You use good questions to get students to think about what they would normally consume thoughtlessly. Your ppt is a good invitation to help change the world, or even think about it.

I would bring a few bars of fair trade chocolate to class as a sweet bonus for students and their participation in the discussion and project work.

    regards
    Brigitte
(would you mind adding your ppt-links to your blog so that they are interactive and can be accessed easily by one click!)

  2. Hi Brigitte,

Thank you for your interest to this slide share. Sure, you are right, right after seeing this presentation you will have a will to eat some chocolate :). Especially for sweet tooth people it's a very good motivation :).

So, I am happy that you would like to try it in your lesson. I also have a will to show it to my kids in one of my lessons.

    Thanks,
    Nasim

  4. Hello Nasim Sadikov ,

I would like to use your chocolate to solve the problem. I am hungry. A nice title that attracts the students and can act as a brain storm for a discussion. The discussion can take the form of think-pair-share or share-pair-square and can be applied with small groups.

    Thank you

    Mustafa
